Information only

The website describes AxeliQ’s work, news and perspectives as general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and using it does not make you a client. Our services are provided under separate written agreements.

Investment opportunities

Where the website presents a company raising capital, it does so for information only. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, shares or any other financial instrument. An investment decision should rest on the company’s own documentation and independent advice.

Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt or damage it, try to gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it, or copy its content in bulk by automated means.

Intellectual property

The content of the website, including its text, images, drawings, design and the AxeliQ name and logo, belongs to AxeliQ AB or its licensors. You may view it and share links to it. Any other copying, reuse or adaptation requires our written permission.

Links to other websites

The website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and the websites of companies and organizations it mentions. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle personal data.

Liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, current or free from errors and interruptions. To the extent Swedish law permits, AxeliQ AB is not liable for loss arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published on the website applies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the mandatory law of the country where you live gives you.
