Who is responsible
AxeliQ AB, organization number 559235-4210, VAT number SE559235421001, c/o No18, Sveavägen 50, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about this notice or your data go to partners@axeliq.com.
When you visit the website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site against misuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the time of each request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure and working website.
The site’s fonts and images are served from the site itself. The consent and analytics services described below load scripts from their providers. Links to LinkedIn and other websites lead to services with their own privacy terms.
Cookies and your consent
We use Cookiebot, a consent service from Usercentrics, to ask which cookies you accept and to remember your answer. Until you choose, the site sets only the cookies it needs to work and to store your choice. Cookiebot keeps a record of each choice, with its date, a consent ID and a shortened IP address, so that we can show what was agreed.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
Statistics
If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the website is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and their device, browser and approximate location. Google Analytics does not store the IP addresses of visitors in the EU. If you do not accept, neither Google Tag Manager nor Google Analytics is loaded. The legal basis is your consent.
When you contact us
When you email us, we use your name, email address and what you write to answer you and to follow up. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or the steps you ask us to take before an agreement.
Clients, partners and investors
If you work with us, or represent a client, partner, investor or company we work with, we process your name, role, organization, contact details and our communication to carry out the work and the relationship. The legal basis is our agreement with you or your organization, or our legitimate interest in managing business relationships.
If you ask about an investment opportunity, we use your details to answer you. We share them with the company concerned only if you ask us to.
Who receives personal data
We do not sell personal data. Service providers process it on our behalf under data processing terms: Cloudflare for hosting and security, Usercentrics for consent, and Google for email and, with your consent, statistics. We also disclose personal data where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU and EEA
Cloudflare and Google may process personal data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Where a transfer is not covered by it, it rests on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose requires, and longer only where the law requires it, for example for accounting. Statistics in Google Analytics are kept for the retention period set in our account and then deleted. The lifetime of each cookie is listed below.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal data and for it to be corrected or deleted. You can ask us to restrict its processing, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and receive data you have given us in a portable format. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to partners@axeliq.com.
If you think we handle your personal data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) at imy.se.
